Finning are committed to developing a stream of engineering talent through their apprenticeship programmes to support their strategic ambitions of being “Number One for Service” and “setting the standards in the industry for employee development, engagement and performance”.
Tom and Callum, two of Finning's apprentices studying at the Finning Academy at Cannock are undertaking a three year programme of study and hands on workshop experience, which will equip them with an Advanced Apprenticeship in Plant Maintenance and lead to a position as a workshop service engineer, with progression to Field Service Engineer.
